3
We will prepare the incorporation documents ”Form NNC1 – Incorporation Form” and ”Articles of Association” for you to sign upon the receipt of your payment.
If you are in Hong Kong the documents can be signed at our office.
If not, we will email you the Incorporation documents and thereafter you will send to us the original signed documents our for submission to the Hong Kong Companies Registry.
4
Within 10 working days after the documents are submitted, your company will be incorporated to the Companies Registry.
5
The final step is to open a bank account.
When will my company be operational?
If you are a resident in Hong Kong and decide to visit our office for the signature of the incorporation documents the company will be operational within 5 to 7 working days. Once this is completed you are able to set up the meeting with the bank for opening of the bank account.
If you are resident somewhere else the quickest way is to open an account with a FinTech company in Hong Kong. The process can be done without have to visit Hong Kong and your company can be operational using the FinTech account within 2 to 3 weeks of making your first payment to incorporate your company.
But if you instead wish to open a Hong Kong bank account it will take around 8 weeks from the time you make the payment till your company bank account will be operational. You will also be required to visit Hong Kong. Our recommendation is to incorporate your company and arrange your bank meeting before you travel to Hong Kong since it usually takes around 3 weeks for completion and for the bank to confirm the meeting itself. Then expect the 4-8 weeks for the opening process of your company’s bank account from the date of your meeting. Although the advantage of this is that you will only have to spend 1 or 2 working days in Hong Kong since everything have been arranged.
However it is still possible to start the incorporation process when you first arrive in Hong Kong but this option will require you to stay in Hong Kong for at least 3 weeks whilst your company is being incorporated and until you have the meeting with the bank.
